Inspiration:
The company owes its Name to Sharangdhar, one of the Great Ayurvedic Pharmacologists, who for the first time in the history of Ayurved set standard procedures for manufacture of Ayurvedic medicines under proper manufacturing conditions.
Ethical Manufacturing Base:
Founders of the company, Vaidya Mr. & Mrs. Abhyankar, themselves Ayurvedic Practitioners, also had experience of manufacture of Ayurvedic medicines for several years. With this rare combination base in these two disciplines, they could set manufacturing techniques for certain formulations, which they found considerably effective in the cure of their large number of patients.

Company Directors are qualified professionals in the fields of medicine and management, and every effort is made to maintain top class quality standards, by means of best professional management. Company has constructed a well equipped factory building at Kondhwa, near Pune, with necessary machines and laboratory set up, so as to ensure manufacture under appropriate GMP compliance. The packing of all medicines which protects the medicines from external environment is done by machines, so that the quality standards are maintained. Our company is one of the very few Ayurvedic Medicine Manufacturers to mention the expiry date on their packing. This again goes to prove the care taken to maintain the quality standards for all our products.

Holistic Approach:
None of the company's formulations are based on extracts, because we believe such practice works against the principle of wholeness. Concept of Extracts rarely finds a place in the ancient Ayurvedic texts, where the concepts of decoration (Quathas) and self generated alcoholic preparations (Asavas) are propagated.
