Shatavari is a cooling and nourishing herb which has a special affinity with women, although it can be beneficial to men. It has been traditionally used to relieve PMS and menopausal symptoms and can be taken as supplement after childbirth to nourish the body. It can also help maintain a healthy urinary tract and strengthen the immune system. In motherhood it supports lactations.

Shatavari, (Asparagus Racemosus), 100%
 
Directions to use:
The ideal dosage of shatavari powder is to be taken about two to three grams diluted with milk 2 times a day or as directed by the physician.
