Charak Arthrella Indications :

Pain associated with Osteoarthritis.

Pain associated with Rheumatoid arthritis.

Pain associated with Cervical spondylosis.

Pain associated with Frozen shoulder, sprains, sports injuries and myalgia.

 

Dosage: 

To be applied locally, 3-4 times on the affected area.

Do's

Eat bitter vegetables like bitter gourd, methi, drumstick etc.

Consumption of garlic and ginger is useful.

Prefer warm water for drinking and taking bath.

Don'ts

Avoid food causing constipation

Avoid, sour things and fried food.

Avoid exposure to cold wind and rain.

Avoid cold water bath and consuming ice cold water.

Avoid going to bed immediately after food.

Avoid day time sleep.

Therapeutic Rationale: 

Arthrella ointment is a potent topical anti-inflammatory, analgesic and counter-irritant.Camphora officinarum, Mentha piperata, Gaultheria fragrantissima and Capsicum annum, the ingredients of ARTHRELLA ointment are counter-irritants and help relieve pain immediately. Nyctanthes arbor-tristis, Oroxylum indicum, Withania somnifera, Curcuma amada, Vitex negundo are analgesic, anti-inflammatory medicines. Purified Strychnos nux vomica and Hyoscyamus niger are sedative and analgesic in action. Caesalpinia bonducella has antipyretic and antinociceptive properties. The counter-irritants in ARTHRELLA ointment also help the absorption of the anti-inflammatory ingredients through the skin. Thus Arthrella ointment relieves pain immediately, reduces inflammation rapidly and restores mobility instantly.
