The Package Includes
Part A Medicine
1) Divya Arjun Kwath (Pack size: 300 gm)
Mode of Administration:
Boil 3 cups of water and 1 cup milk (5 grams (1 teaspoon of decoction) until it reduces to 1 cup filter and take on an empthy stomach in the morning and one hour before dinner.
Part B Medicine
1) Divya Moti Pisti (Pack size: 4 gm)
2) Divya Sangeshava Pishti (Pack size: 10 gm)
3) Divya Akika Pishti (Pack size: 5 gm)
4) Divya Giloy Sat (Pack size: 5 gm)
5) Divya Yogendra Rasa (Pack size: 1 gm)
6) Diyva Jaharmogra Pishti (Pack size: 5 gm)
Mode of Administration:
Mix all these five medicines, divide into 60 parts, make packets & take one packet one hour before breakfast & dinner either with honey or warm water.
Part C Medicine
1) Divya Hirdayamrit Vati (Packing Size: 40 gm)
2) Divya Arogyawardhini Vati (Pack size: 40 gm)
Dosage:
1-2 tab twice a day in the morning & evening in empty stomach with milk/ lukewarm water.
Prohibitions:
Avoid ghee, oil, fried food, heavy & fast food & preparations of fine flour (maida), Bowels should be clear i.e. there should be no constipation.
Note:
Practice or Pranayamas (Breathing exercise), prescribed by revered swami rama deva ji is very necessary. Ti should be done regularly and gently.
