Guggulu is the oleogum resin from a small tree (Commiphora Mukul) which grows in the Himalayas of northwestern India. It has anti-inflammatory and lipid-lowering properties. It also helps remove excess fluids and ama from the body, and penetrates deep into the tissues.Singhnad Guggulu combines the potent cleansing ingredients of castor oil and triphala, which works as a detox ( removes toxins from the joints and blood). In addition, it contains anti-inflammatoryagents, such as Guggulu,that work to calm and sooth joints.
