So it is important to take it on regular basis instead of taking it only when get diseased. It could be used as supportive tonic in the treatment of blockages and in pre & post cardiac surgeries.

Each tablet contains:
Arjun (Termanalia arjuna),150 mg
Vidarikand (Ipomoea digitata), 150mg
Shuddha Guggul (Balsamodendron mukul), 50mg
Shuddha Vishatinduk (Srychnos nuxvomica), 20mg
Akikpishti, 10 mg
Abhrak bhasma, 5mg
Binders and Excipients, Q.S.
Functioning: The Contents of Harto like Arjun, Vidarikand , Abhrak Bhasma etc. strengthen the heart muscles as well as other muscles , reduce inflammation and improve blood circulation therefore harto is used to improve the functioning of heart.
Meditation: Meditation is considered to be important to stabilize the heart. For ex Repetition of Gayatri Mantra is extremely helpful in heart diseases.
Do’s: Rice, Chapati , Garlic , green Vegetables , Cow’s milk (scimed), ginger
Activates: Walking in fresh air, light exercise, yogasanas.
Don’ts: Non-veg, spicy, fried food, milk products, cereals m over exertion, worry, drinking alcohol, anger.
Doses:
2-2- tabs twice daily or as desired by the physician (for heart dis-orders 3 tabs twice for 1-2 years
