Asalussoos (Glycyrrhiza glabra) – 3.0g
Barg Gawzaban (Borago officinalis) 3.0g
Tukhm Khubbazi (Malva rotoudifolia) – 6.0g
Tukhm Khatmi (Althaea officinalis) – 6.0g
Sapistan (Cordia latifolia) – 5.0g
Unnab (Zizyphus vulgaris) – 6.0g
Gul-e-Banafsha (Viola odoranta) – 4.0g
 
Directions for use :
Mix the entire quantity of Joshanda in one and half cups of water and boil it twice. Add sugar to taste and drink it lukewarm.
