Indications:
Ayurvedic remedy useful in controlling blood sugar and diabetic complications. It reduces frequent urination and controls excessive thirst, hunger, weight loss and burning sensation. Also useful in diabetic neuropathy & retinopathy.

Pure Shilajatu (Ashphaltum Punabinum, 50mg
Pramehantak Vati, 50mg
Pradarantak Lauh, 50mg
